Situated by the A22 Motorway close to the old town of Alcantarilha, the Faldo course was designed with accurate play and careful positioning of the ball in mind.
The course encounters a number of lakes on the front nine with many linked by meandering streams, with the back nine more hilly and offering magnificent views of the Monchique mountains and orange groves down in the valley.
The 18th green is set against a sheer rock face with the luxurious clubhouse overlooking.
Buggies are compulsory, and are included with the green fee.
